Terms and Conditions of the some_asiainhere online store

 

1. General provisions

1.1. The some_asiainhere online store, available at some-asiainhere.myshopify.com, is operated by Wiktoria Brończak, conducting business under the name Wiktoria Brończak Some_Asiainhere, with its registered office in Krakow, os. Teatralne 31/16, 31-947 Krakow, NIP: 6783232378, REGON: 543374208.

1.2. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, in particular the rules for placing orders, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, returns, complaints, and product repairs.

1.3. Contact with the store is possible via: private message on Instagram (@some_asiainhere) or email (some.asiainhere@gmail.com).


2. Offer and prices

2.1. The store offers artistic and handicraft products, including bags, mugs, stickers, and other products inspired by Asian culture and K-pop.

2.2. All prices are given in Polish Zloty (PLN).

2.3. The prices of bags may vary depending on: the size of the design, the amount of materials needed, the technique used.

2.4. Example prices can be found with currently available products.

2.5. The store reserves the right to change prices. Changes do not affect orders placed before their introduction.


3. Placing orders

3.1. Orders can be placed via the online store or established communication channels (Instagram, email).

3.2. The customer is obliged to provide the data necessary for order fulfillment.

3.3. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting these terms and conditions.


4. Order fulfillment and completion time

4.1. Order fulfillment begins after payment is credited.

4.2. Products available "off the shelf" are shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from the crediting of payment.

4.3. The completion time for personalized orders is up to 14 business days.

4.4. In the case of a personalized order, the customer is informed about the stages of its fulfillment via the communication channel through which the order was placed (Instagram or email).


5. Delivery

5.1. Costs and available delivery methods are provided during the order placement process.

5.2. The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of courier companies.


6. Returns and withdrawal from the contract

6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

6.2. Only purchased products are eligible for returns. Products made to special order (personalized) are not eligible for return, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

6.3. The condition for accepting a return is to send back the product in the same condition in which it was sent.

6.4. Before making a return, the customer is obliged to contact the store via Instagram or email to verify the reason for the return.

6.5. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, except in cases where the return is due to non-conformity of the goods with the contract or other liability of the seller.


7. Complaints

7.1. Complaints should be submitted via Instagram message or email.

7.2. The complaint procedure is the same as for returns - contact with the seller is required before sending back the product.

7.3. The seller processes the complaint within 14 days.

7.4. If the complaint is accepted, the seller refunds the payment or exchanges the goods for defect-free ones.


8. Product repairs

8.1. In case of problems with an order, the seller remains at the customer's disposal and tries to advise on possible solutions.

8.2. If the problem is not resolved after consultation, it is possible to send the product back for repair at the customer's expense.

8.3. The seller reserves the right to refuse to carry out repairs if the damage is not a result of product defects but improper use.

8.4. In justified cases, for an amount appropriate to the degree of damage, the seller may undertake to repair the product.

 

9. Personal data protection

9.1. Customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, in accordance with applicable law (GDPR).

9.2. By making a purchase, the customer consents to the processing of personal data necessary for order fulfillment.

 

10. Final provisions

10.1. The store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.

10.2. Changes are effective from the moment of their publication and do not affect orders placed previously.
