Refund Policy

There is a 14-day period for returning purchased products, counted from the day of their receipt.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in an undamaged, unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase must be included.

 

Returns Procedure

Returns should be sent to the address: os. Teatralne 31/16, 31-947 Kraków.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Returns of products not previously reported will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Claims

Upon receipt of the shipment, please check the condition of the product. In case of defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact the seller immediately to resolve the issue.

 

Products Excluded from the Right of Return

Custom-made, personalized products, and those which, for technical or other reasons, cannot be resold, are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must first return it according to the above procedure, and then place a new order.

 

Refund of Funds

Upon receipt and verification of the return, the customer will be informed of its acceptance or rejection. The refund will be automatically issued to the original form of payment within up to 10 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment operator.
